We wish you a pleasant stay and would ask that
you read the terms and conditions below:

On arrival at the hotel you will be required to give an imprint of your credit card, including those guests whose company are settling their bill. Should you not have a credit card you will be required to pay for the room in advance plus £50 refundable cash deposit.
Any Damage caused to the premises and grounds by yourselves or your guests, will be liable for full payment by yourselves.
Check in Time 2pm Checkout Time 11am, however should you require alternative times please call the hotel to discuss and we will endeavour to accommodate you.
Cancellation Policy 4pm the day prior to arrival. This means that should you cancel your reservation within this period you will be charged 100% of the cost of the first nights stay.
If you cancel your reservation prior to the cancellation policy you will be given a cancellation number, please keep a record of this number as proof of your cancellation.
Children under 14 years sharing with their parents stay FREE of charge

All our rooms are non smoking.
Cots and Z Beds are available please pre book this to ensure they are available upon arrival.
Some rooms are accessible by lift.
Where dinner is included, no allowance will be made for meals not taken.
