Fun Packed Events - Terms & Conditions
  • PAYMENT
    Cheques should be made payable to Comfort Inn. A deposit of £30 per person to be paid when booking, the balance must be paid in full 21 days prior to the event day. If the balance is not received in accordance with the above, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposits paid. If the booking is made within 21 days of the event, full payment must be sent with the booking form. A COMPLETED BOOKING FORM MUST BE POSTED OR EMAILED TO THE HOTEL IMMEDIATELY AFTER MAKING THE RESERVATION without this the booking cannot be accepted. We also accept all major credit cards however written confirmation to charge the card is also required (emails not accepted)
  • ROOM RATE
    The room rate of £19.99 per person is applicable when booking activities over £15 per person.
  • CONFIRMATION
    Once the balance is received a full information pack is sent with directions and information about all events booked.
  • CANCELLATION
    The cancellation of a booking can be accepted only if it is received in writing and bears the signature of the person who signed the booking form. The following cancellation charges will apply:
    Cancellation prior to:
    60 days - loss of deposit
    59 - 22 days 50%
    21 - 0 days 100%

    The above percentages refer to the total holiday price. The deposit will always be forfeited in full.
  • ALTERATIONS BY YOU
    Once you have confirmed your booking and you wish to make an alteration you may be charged a £10 administration fee.
  • ALTERATIONS BY US
    If there are any changes to your booking that are out of our control such as changes by the event venue, we will inform you promptly. Where this involves any extra charges these must be borne by yourselves, if this is not acceptable then a full refund will be given.
  • AVAILABILITY
    All activities are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that a particular date will be available for an activity and we reserve the right to offer equivalent or alternative suppliers for the activity offered if necessary. Booking early is advisable.
  • WEATHER
    All outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions. In the event of cancellation because of the weather you will be subject to the refund conditions of the supplier.
  • SAFETY
    To our best knowledge and belief our suppliers observe the highest standards of safety for the activities. However, we have not undertaken an official examination of the equipment or facilities used in connection with any of the activities. Inclusion of activities should not therefore be taken as warranty from Comfort Inn as to the safety standards of the featured suppliers.
  • HEALTH
    If you are unsure if you are fit for the activities it is recommended that you seek advise from your doctor.
  • SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS / NEEDS
    Any special requested should be made at the time of booking such as special diets, disabled guests.
  • COMPLAINTS
    If you have a complaint please let us know so we can endeavour to put this right for you. If your complaint is after the event please put this in writing within 30 days of your return.
  • DAMAGE
    You are responsible financially for any damaged caused during your stay. You will be asked on arrival at the hotel to give an imprint of your credit card.
  • INSURANCE
    Should you wish to take out insurance please contact your usual insurance company as we do not offer this service.
  • Financial Security
    To meet with the requirements of the package travel regulations 1992, which require protection for money pre-paid by consumers, Comfort Inn hold such money on trust, in a separate bank account, until the holiday has been taken.
